Our Chalet is one of the four World Centres of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS). It is an International Guide and Scout centre, open to overnight guests and day visitors since 1932. |
Since the founding of Our Chalet in 1932, the aim of the centre was to be an international home, where everybody can find Challenge, Adventure and Peace for the soul while having fun and living the international friendship.
As the oldest WAGGGS World Centre we are an integral part of the global movement of 10 million members with 80 years of experience in providing leadership and personal development opportunities.
All year round we organise Programme events and activities with our main focus being on offering opportunities to youth and adults to get close to the nature as well as develop their fullest potential through outdoor challenge. We strive for each guest to have a genuine international experience and leave Our Chalet with a sense of enhanced respect for the environment and overall positive attitude.
We are open to individual guests, groups, families, Guides and Scouts as well as non members. Female and male guest of all ages.
